ManilaOpenHouse is an online marketplace and information platform for real estate in the Philippines. The idea is deliberately simple: one page, one property, one easy link. Each listing gets a clean, shareable page with up to 30 photos, a 2D layout and a map pin, so an owner, agent or broker can send a buyer everything they need in a single message.
Around those pages the platform has grown a Learning Blog of sourced articles on market trends, infrastructure, titles and taxes, financing and neighbourhoods; a set of calculators; a “Looking for Property” board where buyers describe what they need; LiDAR-based 3D layouts for selected properties; and a newsletter.
